If I need to arrange for Counselling, how should I proceed?

There are several methods to contact our office. You may submit the online registration form, send a WhatsApp message to mobile number 8139 9461 (text only), or contact us by telephone at 68413370.

How much do I need to pay for the session?

To align with our philosophy of reducing financial stress, our counselling services are complementary; we only collect $10 admin fee for each session to ensure that support is accessible to everyone.

For those aged 65 years and above, the $10 admin fee is also waived.

What is the counsellor’s qualification?

All our counsellors hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling or a related field.

Can I choose the counsellor?

Upon receiving your request, we will assign a qualified counsellor who is best suited to address your specific needs and concerns.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes, we will keep all your information confidential in accordance with the PDPA requirement.

Will the counsellor keep confidential what I shared during the session?

Yes, all our counsellors are required to adhere to mandatory professional conduct standards, which ensure they maintain the confidentiality of all information collected during sessions.
