General Principles

1. Integrity

All SBFC staff are expected to uphold honesty and integrity to maintain public trust and support for our charitable work.

2. Accuracy of Information

SBFC is committed to providing accurate and reliable information to the public at all times.

3. Responsible Use of Donations

All donations will be used responsibly and in accordance with donors’ intentions to support the operations of the free clinic.

Types of Donations

1. Medical Fund

Donations designated to support the operational expenses of our free clinic. Official receipts will be issued, either tax-deductible or non-tax-deductible where applicable.

2. Fundraising Campaigns

Donations raised through activities such as Healthy Walk, Flag Day, and other events to support the operational expenses of the free clinic.

3. Charity Boxes

Donation boxes placed at all clinic branches to collect contributions from the public. These are anonymous, without specified usage, and receipts are not issued.

Download and complete the Donation Form and email it to [email protected]. Alternatively, donate via fundraising platforms:

Donations can be made via PayNow using our UEN: S69SS0009J. Please indicate your contact number in the reference field. For new donors or if you are /on behalf of someone else, kindly email the donor’s name, contact number, and mailing address (if a hardcopy receipt is required)—to [email protected].

3. Cheque

Download and complete the Donation Form, and mail it along with your crossed cheque to:

4. Cash

Cash donations kindly visit our headquarter or any SBFC branches. Please do not send cash through postal.

Charity Vouchers

  1. Members of the public may purchase charity vouchers for various occasions, such as celebrations or in memory of loved ones.
  2. Phone-in purchases, please provide the following details:
    • Purchaser’s information
    • Recipient’s information
    • Mode of payment
  3. All proceeds from the sale of charity vouchers will towards Medical Fund. Official receipt will be issued for each purchase.
